The Commons at Kitty Hill is an 8.5-acre tract of commercial land situated at the corner of Ronald Reagan and an extension to be named San Gabriel Parkway. Between the location of the ACC (Austin Community College) campus and future St. David’s mediplex, the Commons will serve as office space for Leander residents.

With the rise of sports bars and restaurant developments in the area, this part of the highway is set to become a multiplex of residential and commercial developments over the next decade – and we’re excited to be neighbors!

The amount of cars traversing the Parmer/Reagan crossover has increased in the last ten years from 5000 to over 25,000 – that’s a five-fold addition to the population throughout Leander and surrounding areas.
